RESPONSIBILITY

a) All bookings are accepted on the specific condition that Quest Horizon Limited. and/or subsidiaries, affiliated companies, independent suppliers who are not affiliates with Quest Horizon Limited in any way, act only as booking agents for the owners, outfitters, operations and contractors in all matters relating to hotel accommodation, sightseeing, tours and transport whether by aircraft, rail road, motor coach, ship, boat or any other means.

b) All tickets, exchange orders or vouchers issued by those described above are subject to any and all terms and conditions under which such means of transportation, accommodation or other services are offered or provided, issurance and acceptance of covering vouchers, and tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the further condition that neither Quest Horizon Limited., nor their subsidiaries, independent suppliers etc., etc., here or abroad shall become liable or responsible in any way in connection with such means of transportation, accommodation or other services or for any loss, injury, damage to or in respect of any person or property howsoever caused or arising from any delays in transportation or consequences, therefore.

c) Quest Horizon Limited., their representatives reserve the right to withdraw such a tour or any part of it to make such alterations in the itinerary as to them seem necessary or desirable, to refuse to accept or retain as a member of the tour any person at any time, and to pass on to tour members any expenditure occasioned by delays or events beyond their control.  In case of any appreciable variable in cost in these, the right is reserved to make such adjustments to rate as necessary.

d) Although every effort is made to adhere to schedules, it should be noted that the suppliers (hoteliers/airlines etc) in Africa may be obliged to occasionally change routes and camps on safaris as dictated by changing conditions.
Such conditions may be brought about by seasonal rainfall on bush tracks, airfields and in game areas, by game migrations from one region to another, or airline, hotel/lodges or other booking problems, etc. Quest Horizon Limited. Shall not be held responsible for such itinerary changes as stated above.

          CONTRACT VARIATIONS

The contractual rates mentioned in this agreement are subject to change without prior notice; however, every effort will be made to maintain them. In the event of a change in Government Taxes or Levies affecting the rates mentioned herein, Quest Horizon Limited serves the right to pass on any increases to the Tour Operator.

PAYMENT POLICY

A deposit of 35% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days before commencement of the tour program.  If the reservation is made within 60 days of departure the whole amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of the contract from the client’s side is possible at any time before the journey starts. The cancellation has to be done in written and the deadline is determined by Quest Horizon Ltd.

Quest Horizon Ltd reserves the right to ask for compensation. The following percentage of the total per person will be considered

  • Cancellation between 60 to 50 days before 20 %

  • Cancellation between 49 to 40 days before 30 %

  • Cancellation between 39 to 30 days before 60 %

  • Cancellation between 29 to 15 days before 75 %

  • Cancellation between 14 to 0 days before 100 %
